Wilson

Wilson is a 4 year-old black lab owned by personal trainer Adam.  He was referred to Fitzpatrick Referrals for his persistent lameness. Specialist Mike Farrell diagnosed Wilson with a problem with one of tendons in his foreleg. On examination it was clear Wilson had a swelling over the front of his wrist.

Like his owner, Wilson leads an active lifestyle and accompanies Adam to his sessions, and even play some football!

Wilson was treated with the latest high tech treatment called shockwave therapy which uses high intensity sound waves to stimulate healing within the damaged tendon, and after a long but very much needed rest was back playing football with his friends!
